Full-Time Remote Recruiter

About the role

Adapty makes it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls, powering 20,000+ apps and processing more than $3 billion in subscriptions annually. The company has grown from 95 to 200 people in 2025 and now hires fewer, more senior roles. As a recruiter you will own a portfolio of roles across engineering, product, marketing and sales, working directly with hiring managers and founders.

Key responsibilities

• Own vacancies end to end, from intake with the hiring manager to an accepted offer, starting with a clear profile and ending with the right hire.
• Hire quickly while keeping Time to Offer low, running a tight process.
• Proactively map the market, run direct outreach and build pipelines rather than waiting for inbound applications.
• Partner with hiring managers, challenge the brief when it is wrong and keep feedback loops short.
• Run structured interviews and assess candidates against the role's competencies and the company's values.
• Keep the ATS clean and data-driven, using scorecards, rejection reasons and pipeline updates.
• Share what works and fix what does not, making the hiring process faster and better.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting, ideally at a fast-growing tech or SaaS company.
• Has closed Senior and Lead roles through direct sourcing, not only inbound or agencies.
• Thinks in numbers: hires, Time to Offer, funnel conversion and trial retention, and can explain how they moved them.
• Strong stakeholder partner who can run an intake, challenge a hiring manager and drive alignment.
• Fluent writing and speaking English and Russian.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring for mobile, app economy, fintech or dev tools.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby or another modern ATS, and with AI tools for sourcing and screening.
• Experience hiring across Europe and other remote markets.
