Administrative Clerk – 90% Part‑Time

About the role

We are looking for an Administrative Clerk to support the Project Implementation Unit that assists the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure (MCTI) in delivering large‑scale construction and infrastructure projects. Working 90 % part‑time under the supervision of the Project Analyst – Engineer, the clerk will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and help the team meet project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily project implementation, ensuring activities follow the work‑plan and deliver expected results.
• Provide administrative support to consultants and project staff, including document preparation, filing, and record‑keeping.
• Maintain project correspondence, register and archive information on project activities.
• Support partners in applying relevant administrative procedures and monitor compliance.
• Coordinate meetings, events and field activities: prepare agendas, compile minutes, arrange logistics and distribute materials.
• Collect data and help draft reports and meeting minutes as required.

Required profile

• Experience in administrative support for development or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with project team members.
• Good command of English for written and oral communication.
