AI-Augmented IAM Security Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an AI‑Augmented IAM Security Engineer to implement, configure, automate and operate enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The position works within the designs, standards and policies defined by IAM architects and security leadership, focusing on hands‑on delivery and AI‑driven automation to streamline daily IAM operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and operate IAM platforms according to architect‑defined designs and standards.
• Build and maintain automated Joiner/Mover/Leaver lifecycle processes across target systems.
• Configure core IAM capabilities such as SSO, federation, MFA, passwordless authentication, conditional access, RBAC/ABAC and least‑privilege access.
• Develop, deploy and maintain integrations with cloud platforms, SaaS applications, directories, databases and APIs.
• Execute access certification campaigns, entitlement clean‑up and segregation‑of‑duties rule enforcement.
• Operate Privileged Access Management controls including credential vaulting, secrets rotation and just‑in‑time access.
• Create and maintain automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, SCIM, Terraform and related technologies.
• Monitor IAM platform health, troubleshoot incidents, apply patches and harden configurations.
• Implement logging, alerting, backup and recovery procedures following defined runbooks.
• Design and integrate AI‑assisted automations and LLM‑backed agents for access request triage, entitlement analysis, anomaly detection and documentation generation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hands‑on IAM implementation, configuration and operations.
• Ability to work closely with IAM architects and security leadership to follow established standards.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting access issues and platform incidents.
• Experience building automated lifecycle processes and privileged access controls.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM integration concepts for security automation.
