AP Associate – Accounting Support

About the role
The AP Associate supports BSC’s accounting teams across EU countries and internal departments by posting accounting documents, creating reports and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Post and create accounting documents within the company.
- Communicate daily with EU local accounting teams and other departments.
- Provide requested information from the area of responsibility.
- Resolve queries with customers, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
- Support internal and external auditors.
- Perform other BSC‑related accounting activities.
Required profile
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred).
- 2‑3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Result‑oriented and problem‑solving attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Customer‑focused mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Skilled user of MS Office applications.
