Associate Case Processing Manager (Line Management)

About the role

PrimeVigilance is seeking an Associate Case Processing Manager to lead a team responsible for Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) management across selected projects. This line‑management position combines operational oversight with client interaction to ensure high‑quality pharmacovigilance deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the ICSR management team for one or more projects, ensuring effective task distribution and workflow.
• Maintain and optimise project‑specific KPIs, driving efficiency through procedural improvements and training.
• Collaborate closely with clients to guarantee smooth cooperation in ICSR activities.
• Manage ICSR staff, including performance monitoring and delegation of responsibilities.
• Oversee ICSR deviations with support from the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy.
• Participate in ICSR processing and perform second‑level quality checks on cases.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for the assigned team, supporting other SMEs as needed.

Required profile

• Life‑science graduate (pharmacy, nursing or related) with extensive pharmacovigilance experience.
• Proven experience in a line‑manager role within pharmacovigilance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and multitasking capability.
• Effective delegation, planning and time‑management skills.
• Team‑working mindset.
