Azure Systems Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Azure Systems Architect to lead the design, governance, and implementation of scalable, secure, cost‑efficient, and AI‑ready solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will shape the Azure foundation that enables modern application delivery and AI‑enhanced business capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise Azure architecture, including landing zones, subscription strategy, networking, identity, governance, security, and workload hosting standards.
• Design reusable cloud patterns for APIs, front‑end apps, microservices, containerized and serverless workloads, and data integrations.
• Architect Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments, including ingress, service mesh, workload identity, secrets management, scaling, observability, and operational readiness.
• Establish secure hub‑and‑spoke networking, private endpoints, DNS, firewalls, and API gateway integration patterns.
• Lead Infrastructure as Code practices with Terraform, creating reusable modules, policy‑as‑code, and automated compliance controls.
• Drive DevOps and CI/CD standards using GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and AI‑assisted tooling for automated testing, security scanning, and deployment.
• Produce cloud‑native solutions leveraging Azure AI services such as Azure OpenAI, AI Search, and Machine Learning.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms for document processing, content generation, knowledge discovery, and workflow automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and governing large‑scale Azure environments.
• Strong background in cloud architecture, security, networking, and modern engineering delivery models.
• Ability to collaborate across Platform Engineering, DevOps, Security, Data, AI, and Product teams.
• Experience driving AI‑enabled solution adoption within enterprise contexts.
