Bid Manager

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Bid Manager to join our team in Belgrade. You will lead the end‑to‑end tender process, ensuring our proposals are competitive, compliant and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze tender documents and prepare complete, high‑quality offers.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, legal and finance teams throughout the bidding cycle.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with the Public Procurement Law.
• Maintain accurate records of tenders, contracts and implementation status.
• Prepare invoices and track payments in collaboration with the finance department.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience managing tenders, projects or business development.
• Excellent knowledge of public procurement and tender procedures.
• High level of organization, precision and responsibility.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience in the IT sector and international tenders is a plus.
