Business Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Account Manager to own and develop relationships with our B2B partners in the iGaming sector. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, driving revenue growth and ensuring long‑term cooperation.

Key responsibilities

• Take over clients from the Onboarding Account Manager after implementation and launch.
• Build and maintain long‑term business relationships with assigned B2B clients.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling and partnership expansion opportunities to increase revenue.
• Monitor client performance, analyse trends and propose commercial, marketing and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfil client requests, resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Manage escalations, monitor contractual obligations and prepare regular performance reports.
• Develop quarterly and annual growth plans in collaboration with internal teams.
• Track market and competitor trends to uncover new business opportunities for clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar B2B account management or sales role.
• Proven experience in the iGaming industry.
• Strong partnership‑building orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Self‑driven, well‑organized and capable of solving complex problems.
• Full business‑level proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with G Suite.
• Experience using task‑management tools such as Trello, Asana or Jira.
