Clinical Systems Support Assistant (Fixed-Term, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Clinical Systems Support Assistant to join our Clinical Systems Department on a fixed‑term basis. The role is fully remote and supports the delivery and maintenance of key clinical trial systems across our global studies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Systems Project Associates and the Support Lead with day‑to‑day system and study support.
• Track training requirements for Worldwide, vendor, study and site personnel.
• Prepare project communications, including meeting minutes, agendas and call scheduling.
• Monitor deliverables and milestones, manage records retention and Trial Master File (TMF) activities.
• Provide first‑line support for clinical systems managed by the department.

Required profile

• Good standard of written and spoken English.
• Proficient with common office software.
• Self‑motivated and able to contribute positively to a team.
• Capable of working independently or within a multidisciplinary team.
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an office customer‑service environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with clinical systems such as IRT, RTSM, EDC, RBQM Opra, ClinSpark, eTMF and CTMS.
