CloudOps Engineer – Cloud Automation & DevSecOps

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CloudOps Engineer to design, automate and secure customer‑facing cloud solutions using DevSecOps practices. You will collaborate with software development, product and operations teams to streamline the product lifecycle and ensure reliable availability of AWS‑based platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Automate deployment and security of cloud services using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and container technologies.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab CI, Travis CI) and integrate security checks.
• Develop monitoring, alerting and logging for AWS environments to guarantee high availability.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and provide incident response for production systems.
• Document technical processes, configurations and best practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in SRE, Cloud Infrastructure or DevOps roles.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is desirable but not mandatory.

Required skills

• AWS services (VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, Route53, Security Groups, AWS‑CLI).
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Containerization (Docker or Podman) and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
• CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab CI, Travis CI).
• Scripting in Shell and Python.
• Version control with Git.
• Linux system administration (Ubuntu, CentOS) and web servers (Apache, NGINX).
