Crane Service Engineer – Balkans Region

About the role

SANY is expanding its service network across Central and Eastern Europe and seeks a dedicated Crane Service Engineer to provide on‑site support throughout the Balkans. You will work directly with customers and dealers, ensuring SANY crane equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for SANY cranes.
• Assist with machine commissioning, delivery inspections, and handover to customers.
• Diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical faults independently.
• Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency breakdown interventions.
• Provide technical training to operators, dealer service teams, and customers.
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with headquarters and regional teams for spare‑parts and technical issue resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in crane service, heavy equipment, or construction machinery maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Balkan countries.
• Valid driving licence.
