About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Esports Match Referee to join our fast‑growing sports‑tech team in Novi Beograd. You will support live tournaments by preparing venues, managing match flow and ensuring high‑quality video broadcasts.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and maintain playing and working areas for each tournament.
- Initiate, schedule and oversee tournament operations.
- Collect, update and verify event statistics in real time.
- Monitor video broadcast quality and address any issues during live streams.
- Produce detailed post‑event reports for internal analysis.
Required profile
- Quick learner able to adapt to new tasks and tools.
- Willingness to work night shifts according to tournament schedules.
- Basic knowledge of football and basketball rules is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Sheets for data tracking.
- Basic experience using YouTube for video handling.
