Front Desk Officer – iGaming (Belgrade)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organised Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and team members at a leading iGaming company in Belgrade. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily office operations and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients and employees with a professional, positive attitude.
• Answer incoming calls and emails, routing enquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Manage meeting‑room bookings and support both onsite and virtual meetings.
• Handle post, deliveries and general office logistics.
• Maintain tidy, presentable reception and communal areas, ensuring they are well‑stocked.
• Assist with document management, filing and internal system updates.
• Support HR and Operations during onboarding and induction of new staff.
• Follow health, safety and security procedures to keep the workplace safe.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English; Serbian is a plus.
• Professional, approachable and customer‑focused attitude.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Reliable, punctual and proactive team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
