About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of game presenters to ensure top‑notch performance and player satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations and workflow of live gaming sessions for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance presenter skills and service quality.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to ensure seamless operations and rapid issue resolution.
• Maintain open communication to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all gaming activities.

Required profile

• Proven managerial experience in the iGaming or a related entertainment sector.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities to inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction at all organisational levels.
• Analytical mindset with capability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
