Graduate AI Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate AI Software Engineer to join Bending Spoons’ fast‑moving product teams. You will help shape AI‑driven experiences that reach millions, working in a small, talent‑dense environment where impact is measured by user value and rapid iteration.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship AI‑powered features that transform user experiences at scale.
• Collaborate with product owners to identify high‑impact AI opportunities and turn concepts into production‑ready code.
• Write robust, reproducible, and scalable software, handling everything from monoliths to micro‑services.
• Integrate AI tools into the full development lifecycle – design, implementation, testing and documentation.
• Continuously improve architectures, pipelines and codebases to reduce complexity and increase maintainability.
