About the role

OTP Bank is seeking a Consultant to support its Risk Management Framework and conduct second‑level risk controls. The role focuses on monitoring risk controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing analytical insights to drive effective risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the risk management framework and control mechanisms, delivering regular reports.
• Control utilization of RAS limits, prepare reports and track the implementation of action plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and group standards, contributing to the development and improvement of internal risk management documents.
• Track the execution of the Risk Management Strategy and its alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives.
• Oversee the implementation of recommendations, measures and activities arising from controls and regulatory demands, maintaining records and reporting.
• Control credit transactions with related parties in line with applicable regulations, including the preparation of quarterly reports.
• Conduct second‑level risk controls for the bank and related entities according to the work plan and ad‑hoc requests.

Required profile

• Familiarity with the regulatory framework and risk‑management principles.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to draw conclusions from data.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking information systems and experience working in an IT environment.
