Lead SAP GRC Consultant (AC)

About the role

We are seeking a Lead SAP GRC Consultant (Access Control) to strengthen system security and governance across our global projects. You will work closely with business owners and audit teams to design, implement, and maintain robust SAP authorisation structures.

Key responsibilities

• Construct and maintain PFCG, composite and derived roles to ensure secure role design.
• Manage user master records and assign authorisations via SU01 and SU10.
• Investigate and resolve authorisation issues using SU53, ST01 and SU24.
• Identify and remediate Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts.
• Perform authorisation updates and execute SU25 steps during system upgrades.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of SAP Security and Authorisations experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading and managing a team.
• Fluent in Serbian and English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong communication skills for interaction with business and audit stakeholders.

• Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA or SAP Fiori authorisations
