Product Data Operator (Temporary)

About the role

As a Product Data Operator (Temporary) you will support the release and maintenance of product documentation, bills of materials and material masters for Bosch Serbia. You will work closely with engineering and SAP teams to ensure data quality and compliance with defined standards.

Key responsibilities

• Release product documents such as drawings, bills of materials and material masters.
• Perform formal checks of documents against norms and internal instructions.
• Cleansing product data in the product data management and product lifecycle management systems.
• Initiate corrections with responsible engineering when discrepancies are found.
• Upload and hand over drawings to ADM‑systems (Teamcenter, Smarteam) and SAP Product Data Management.
• Create, maintain and release production‑ready bills of materials and material masters in SAP.
• Process engineering change requests, update documents and perform formal checks.
• Implement minor corrections in drawings and release updated versions.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of reading technical drawings.
• Familiarity with SAP PDM processes.
• Strong communication skills, self‑organization and proactive attitude.
• Attention to detail and a quality‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
