Quality Manager – Facility Management (Pharma Focus)

About the role

The client, a global provider of Facility and Property Management services, seeks a Quality Manager to support its pharmaceutical customers. Based in Belgrade, you will maintain and improve the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015, GMP/GxP and client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the QMS in line with ISO 9001:2015.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP requirements and pharmaceutical client standards.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections and site quality assessments.
• Handle deviations, CAPAs, root‑cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Support client and supplier audits and monitor quality KPIs.
• Collaborate with Facility Management, Engineering, HSE and client Quality teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure SOP compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or pharma‑facility sector.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and situational awareness skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Diplomatic approach when addressing sensitive topics and capacity to work independently.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Experience with GMP/GxP and CAPA processes.
• Proficiency in conducting audits and managing QMS/DMS documentation.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
