About the role

The client, a leading IT company in Novi Sad, is looking for a responsible professional to lead its fire protection and building security service. This position ensures compliance with fire safety regulations and maintains a safe environment for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor preventive fire safety measures in line with legal requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of fire protection systems and equipment.
• Lead the fire protection team and coordinate daily activities.
• Perform physical security tasks to safeguard the premises and personnel.
• Communicate safety procedures and guidelines to staff.

Required profile

• Completed higher technical education (college or university).
• Valid fire protection license (ZOP) and certification of passed fire protection exam.
• Physical security license is a plus; the company will provide training if needed.
• Responsible, communicative, and professional attitude.
• Basic English proficiency and computer literacy.

Required skills

• Knowledge of fire protection systems and equipment.
• Understanding of physical security principles.
