Sales Development Representative

About the role

Insightful, a market‑leading workforce analytics platform, is looking for a Sales Development Representative to create qualified sales opportunities for its enterprise customers. You will be the first point of contact with prospects, using email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels to introduce our product and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research target accounts and ideal customer profiles.
• Enter prospect information into the CRM and keep data up to date.
• Reach out to potential customers via email, phone, LinkedIn and other outreach methods.
• Present Insightful’s solution and book discovery meetings with Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to plan and execute joint marketing and sales campaigns.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Excellent verbal and written English (C1 level or equivalent).
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• Ability to thrive in a results‑driven environment; outbound experience is a plus.
