Senior Dynamics CRM Software Engineer

About the role

EPAM is expanding its Microsoft Business Applications team and seeks a Senior Dynamics CRM Software Engineer to design and build scalable, code‑driven solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. You will collaborate with distributed teams, contribute to architecture, and deliver reliable systems for global enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle: analysis, implementation, integration, testing, debugging, and support.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications, including plugins, scripts, and custom security models.
• Collaborate directly with customers to clarify requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, delivering effective bug fixes and workarounds.
• Work in an Agile environment, adhering to standard development practices.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver business‑critical solutions.
• Analyze current applications and propose improvements for performance, maintainability, and usability.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with end users and technical teams.
• Self‑organized with solid communication skills to manage projects and requirements.
• Proficiency in English (B2/B2+ level) for both speaking and writing.

• Model‑Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate flows
• JavaScript / TypeScript for UI scripting
• C# / .NET for plugins, custom APIs, connectors, Azure Functions
• Azure Cloud fundamentals
• GenAI and LLM fundamentals; experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
• Agile development practices
• SQL / T‑SQL and stored procedures (nice to have)
• Power BI for data analysis (nice to have)
• PCF for custom UI components (nice to have)
• Experience creating custom AI agents (nice to have)
