Senior Intune Platform Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Intune Platform Engineer to lead the technical design, standardisation and professionalisation of Microsoft Intune across the organisation. You will ensure that all endpoints are securely configured, consistently managed and continuously improved.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical owner of the Microsoft Intune platform, defining architecture and direction.
• Design, implement and maintain device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines and application management.
• Establish and govern organisation‑wide endpoint management frameworks, standards and processes.
• Create and manage change, review and approval procedures for Intune configurations.
• Translate security policies into endpoint configurations, optimise security baselines and reduce local admin privileges using Endpoint Privilege Management.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Desktop Services, Service Desk and Application Management teams on risk assessments and strategic improvements.
• Document standards, working instructions and maintainable processes to avoid knowledge silos.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience with Microsoft Intune and modern workplace endpoint management.
• Proven ability to define governance frameworks and manage large‑scale device fleets.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional IT and security teams.
• Experience creating documentation, standards and change‑control processes.
