Senior Product Designer

About the role

Constructor is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the experience of its all‑in‑one education platform. You will work closely with product and business teams to turn research insights into high‑impact designs that improve learning outcomes and drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Conduct deep user research, analyze motivations and behaviours, and translate findings into design concepts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity interfaces, testing and iterating based on data.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system and component library, ensuring scalable and consistent experiences.
• Design both new features from scratch and refinements of existing products with meticulous attention to detail.
• Stay curious about emerging design tools and technologies, experimenting to push product boundaries.
• Present design solutions to stakeholders at all levels and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Art, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of UX/UI or product design experience in product‑focused companies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing launched products that delivered real business value.
• Proven track record of redesigning or improving live product experiences.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to pixel‑perfect execution.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Figma.
