About the role
KONE is looking for a motivated Service Technician to join its Serbian branch in Novi Sad. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing elevators and escalators, ensuring safe and reliable operation for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on elevators and escalators.
- Diagnose faults on site and carry out corrective actions.
- Document technical work and report completed tasks.
- Maintain professional communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Required profile
- Secondary technical education (electrical, mechanical or related field).
- Driving licence category B.
- Willingness to travel within the region for field work.
- Basic computer literacy.
