Social Media Manager

About the role

Sport Vision, the leading sports retailer in the Balkans, is looking for a Social Media Manager to shape and execute its regional social strategy across seven markets. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality content, growing community engagement, and driving effective campaigns to strengthen the brand’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate regional social media strategy, create weekly/monthly plans and content calendars, and oversee publishing on Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage campaigns and budgets, work with media and creative agencies, propose promotion channels, and monitor budget execution.
• Lead influencer marketing initiatives, draft briefs, select influencers, coordinate with agencies, and track performance.
• Handle daily community management, respond to comments and messages in line with brand voice, and foster interaction.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, analyse results, optimise channels, and apply best practices.
• Monitor digital marketing trends, propose new platforms and formats, and continuously improve social media presence.
• Collaborate with marketing and e‑commerce teams to boost visibility and support sales, and provide operational support to the Social Media Specialist.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 2–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably handling regional campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, advertising tools, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills, with the ability to work quickly in a dynamic environment.
