Team Lead, Software Engineering (.NET)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead in Software Engineering (.NET) to head a high‑performing Business Take‑On team in Belgrade. The position blends hands‑on development with people leadership, focusing on a platform that automates and accelerates customer renewals, onboarding, and batch processing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers building a modular, distributed platform for faster customer onboarding.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, DevOps, QA, and Operations.
• Guide planning, refactoring, and extension of existing solutions to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship.
• Promote innovative, AI‑driven development practices and continuous improvement of the software lifecycle.
• Monitor team performance, technical capabilities, and delivery outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on C#/.NET development, including Web APIs and integrations.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a software engineering team.
• 2+ years of professional experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English.
