Technical Project Manager (Serbian and Russian language speaker)

About the role

Life Data Lab is seeking a Technical Project Manager who can bridge business and technology, overseeing complex software projects for its Laboratory Information Management System platform. Fluency in Serbian and Russian is required to support international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage software development projects from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate work across development, QA, business analysis, and implementation teams.
• Monitor project timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Participate in requirements discussions and solution design activities.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Support product implementation and integration initiatives.
• Track progress and ensure successful delivery of milestones.
• Identify and resolve project blockers and risks.
• Contribute to process improvements and project‑management best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, technical project management, delivery management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and project delivery.
• Technical background or hands‑on experience in software development, system analysis, QA, DevOps, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively with software engineers and technical teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote international environment.
