Training Coordinator – Belgrade

About the role

Fast Enterprises is seeking a Training Coordinator for its Belgrade office. The role will support project implementation teams by ensuring end‑users are prepared to use the company’s software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage the overall training schedule, coordinating with project teams to meet training needs on time.
• Organise logistics for in‑person or virtual sessions and prepare training materials for delivery.
• Implement a train‑the‑trainer approach, equipping client trainers with the knowledge and resources to teach end‑users.
• Develop training assets such as video modules, self‑study guides, job aids, user guides, help articles, and presentations.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to design instructional content that aligns with user workflows and update it for new features.
• Provide training to project staff and testers to ensure comprehensive software understanding.
• Monitor training effectiveness through participant feedback and continuously improve content and delivery.
• Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, customizing solutions to client needs.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and work closely with implementation teams, developers, and clients.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Serbian.
• Willing to work fully on‑site in Belgrade.
• Strong organisational skills to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and clients.
