Turkish iGaming Trainer – Belgrade

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Turkish Trainer to join our international iGaming team in Belgrade. You will design and deliver high‑quality training programmes for Turkish‑speaking staff, helping them master gaming products, compliance standards and customer service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes for Turkish‑speaking employees in the iGaming sector.
• Facilitate classroom, online and on‑the‑job sessions covering core gaming products, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming and customer service.
• Assess training needs through regular interaction with teams and management, ensuring relevance and impact.
• Create clear training materials and documentation that reinforce learning objectives.
• Support onboarding of new hires and track ongoing development, providing feedback to foster high performance.
• Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to share best practices and maintain knowledge consistency.
• Identify learning gaps and propose innovative solutions to improve skills, compliance and customer experience.
• Stay up‑to‑date with iGaming trends, regulatory changes and technology affecting the Turkish market.

Required profile

• Fluent in Turkish (C2/native) and English (B2+), with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven experience in training, coaching or learning & development, preferably within iGaming or online entertainment.
• Solid understanding of iGaming products, responsible gaming practices and Turkish market regulations.
• Confident public speaker adaptable to various audiences and delivery formats.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple training projects.
• Eligibility to work in Serbia and willingness to relocate to Belgrade.
