Turkish Quality Control Specialist – iGaming (Belgrade)

About the role

We are looking for a native‑level Turkish speaker to join our fast‑growing iGaming operation in Belgrade. As a Turkish Quality Control Specialist you will ensure that all gaming content, player communications and transactions meet regulatory, legal and company standards, delivering a flawless experience for Turkish‑speaking players.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed quality‑control reviews of gaming content, processes and player interactions on Turkish market platforms.
• Audit player communications, promotional material and in‑game transactions in Turkish, flagging errors, inconsistencies or non‑compliance.
• Collaborate with operational and content teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
• Document findings, produce comprehensive reports and escalate critical issues while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support the evolution of quality‑control methodologies and adapt global guidelines to Turkish regulatory requirements.
• Participate in calibration, training and feedback sessions to raise quality standards.
• Promote a fair, responsible and inclusive gaming environment in line with company values.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Turkish proficiency with strong written and spoken English.
• Experience in quality control, assurance, audit or compliance, preferably within iGaming, fintech or digital content.
• Knowledge of Turkish iGaming regulations and responsible‑gaming practices is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to follow complex processes.
• Proactive, organised and resilient, comfortable working in cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
