Recruitment Internship

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s Human Resources team in Belgrade as a Recruitment Intern. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle for internship positions, gaining hands‑on experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and onboarding within a global technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in all recruitment and selection activities, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews.
• Manage the administrative aspects of the internship selection process.
• Create and refine compelling job advertisements.
• Collaborate with the HRS recruitment team on various sourcing and screening tasks.
• Review candidate resumes and applications to identify suitable matches.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including booking meeting rooms.
• Support the preparation and execution of onboarding for new hires.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and company events.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative team player eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
