Account Manager – E‑commerce Marketing

About the role

The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of e‑commerce clients, planning and executing marketing campaigns that drive conversions and sales. Working closely with copywriters, designers and associate account managers, you will ensure that each campaign is delivered on time and meets the client’s revenue objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the client‑agency relationship for assigned e‑commerce accounts.
• Plan, brief, monitor and execute email, SMS, pop‑up and flow campaigns (approximately 40 campaigns per month).
• Develop and adjust marketing strategies to improve email and SMS performance.
• Lead and coordinate teams of copywriters, designers and associate account managers to deliver high‑quality creative assets.
• Prepare client reports, communicate performance insights and relay client needs to internal teams.
• Report to the Head of Account Managers, Account Managers’ Leads and the Service Director.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure expectations are met and trust is built.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Experience in e‑commerce marketing and revenue‑driven strategy.
• Leadership capability to guide creative and associate teams.
• Analytical mindset to monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
