About the role

Glob Metropoliten Tours is looking for an experienced Airline Ticket and Business Travel Agent to join its dynamic team. You will work with corporate and individual clients, handling all aspects of flight reservations and related travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Create, issue, cancel, refund and re‑issue airline tickets using the Amadeus GDS.
• Manage flight bookings through NDC and dedicated B2B travel platforms.
• Provide comprehensive travel solutions, including hotel accommodation, car rentals, transfers, baggage handling, seat selection and other ancillary services.
• Communicate effectively with airlines, business partners and other tourism suppliers.
• Deliver professional, timely support to international clients and partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with the Amadeus GDS.
• Practical knowledge of Amadeus Cryptic Mode is a strong advantage.
• Previous work in a travel agency, airline or a similar tourism role.
• Familiarity with NDC and experience using B2B travel platforms.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in corporate/business travel is highly valued.
