Agentic AI & Digital Solution Architect

About the role

PwC Consulting is looking for an experienced architect to lead Agentic AI and digital solution initiatives across Southeast Europe. You will partner with strategy, technology, data, and cybersecurity teams to design and deliver measurable business value for clients in retail, consumer goods, and related sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and translate client use cases into practical AI and digital solution designs, workflows, and roadmaps.
• Configure, integrate, and deploy Agentic AI, data, and digital platforms.
• Assess client technology landscapes, including IT, OT, data, and infrastructure, with a focus on consumer industry stacks.
• Define architecture requirements across applications, data, integrations, cloud, security, privacy, and AI governance.
• Support proposals, effort estimates, delivery plans, and technical assumptions.
• Coordinate with PwC product teams, implementation partners, and client IT teams to manage risks and dependencies.
• Lead pilots, proof‑of‑concepts, and transition to production deployments.
• Contribute to reusable reference architectures and market propositions.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise or technology consulting, data platforms, cloud, AI solutions, or systems integration.
• Strong client‑facing, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven experience in change management and delivering value in complex, distributed organizations.
• Professional fluency in English and willingness to travel within the SEE region.
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, FMCG, e‑commerce, supply chain, pricing, procurement, or customer operations is a strong advantage.
