AI-First Growth Marketer

About the role

TelQ Telecom is seeking an AI‑first Growth Marketer to own the launch and scaling of ClickTerm, its clickwrap consent platform. You will work across the full marketing funnel, leveraging AI to drive acquisition, activation, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and content strategies, including keyword research, on‑page and technical SEO, and AI‑search optimization.
• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, handling budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Build and nurture the brand’s presence on Reddit, niche communities, and social platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook) with AI‑generated video and copy.
• Design and automate lifecycle email, push, and in‑app flows for onboarding, activation, nurture, and win‑back.
• Set up analytics infrastructure (GA4, UTMs, conversion tracking), create dashboards, and report on CAC, ROAS, CPA, and overall funnel performance.
• Implement no‑code automations (n8n, Zapier) and light scripting to streamline workflows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to manage full‑funnel campaigns across SEO, paid media, social, and lifecycle channels.
• Comfort with AI tools for research, content creation, creative production, and reporting.
