Associate Pharmacovigilance Project Manager (Europe)

About the role

PrimeVigilance is seeking an Associate Pharmacovigilance Project Manager to support its European client portfolio. The role will act as the main point of contact for project‑related matters, ensuring that safety services are delivered on time, to the highest quality, and in line with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for project‑related communication with clients and internal teams.
• Define project scope and objectives based on signed agreements.
• Plan project activities, set deadlines and interim milestones, and monitor progress.
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports, including monthly reports that serve as the basis for invoicing.
• Manage client expectations, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to exceed service commitments.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in pharmacovigilance activities such as ICSR processing, quality review, aggregate report writing, literature screening, reconciliation and SOP preparation.
• Project management experience in a service‑provider or CRO environment, preferably within the life‑science sector.
• Health‑care professional background or a degree in life sciences.
• Comfort communicating with senior stakeholders in pharmaceutical companies.
• Leadership qualities including planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation and problem‑solving.
