Join Harding+ as a Beauty Sales Specialist and bring premium beauty experiences to guests aboard world‑class cruise ships. You’ll interact with travelers from around the globe, helping them discover fragrances, cosmetics, and skincare products that enhance their holiday memories.

Key responsibilities

• Engage passengers, understand their beauty needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Host and support on‑board beauty events, make‑over sessions, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock levels are optimal.
• Collaborate with the on‑board retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in beauty retail or a customer‑facing sales environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing setting.
• Willingness to learn about new brands and receive feedback.
