Bid Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Bid Manager to lead the end‑to‑end proposal process for corporate and private clients. Based in Belgrade, you will work closely with sales, legal, project and delivery teams to ensure high‑quality, timely bids that align with client needs and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of bid preparation and submission, from initial request to final delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional input, ensuring proposals are accurate, consistent, and meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to tailor proposals to business goals.
• Prepare contracts and proposals in partnership with the legal department.
• Monitor project execution, revenue recognition, invoicing and payment collection.
• Track project budgets and support logistics activities such as order tracking and delivery notes.
• Maintain an internal repository of templates, reference documents and past proposals.
• Support tender‑related activities, including monitoring public procurement portals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in bid management, sales support or proposal writing.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Proactive, deadline‑driven and comfortable working under pressure.
