Business Development Lead – Serbia

About the role

SVORA, an international creative production agency, is seeking a senior business development professional to expand its commercial presence in Serbia. This role focuses on opening doors, building long‑term relationships, and generating high‑value opportunities rather than traditional transactional sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Serbian market.
• Build and nurture relationships with brands, agencies, corporate clients, and public institutions.
• Arrange meetings and introduce SVORA to key decision‑makers.
• Represent SVORA at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with the leadership team on proposals, commercial strategy, and account planning.
• Develop long‑term partnerships that lead to repeat business.

Required profile

• Fluent in Serbian and English.
• Serbian citizenship, EU passport, or another visa‑free passport enabling easy international travel.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management, or agency sales.
• Established network within the Serbian business community, including brands, agencies, corporate clients, or public institutions.
• Comfortable engaging with C‑level executives, marketing leaders, and other decision‑makers.
• Understanding of the creative, marketing, events, or experiential industry.
• Proven ability to build long‑term relationships based on trust.
