Business Development Manager – CIS & Global Partnerships

About the role

We are building our Introducing Broker (IB) and affiliate partnership function across the CIS region and international English‑speaking markets. You will create the processes, playbook and standards from scratch, shaping how the team operates in the years to come.

Key responsibilities

• Source new partners through LinkedIn, Telegram, industry communities, conferences, financial bloggers, local consultants and training centres.
• Negotiate partnership terms and secure signed agreements.
• Support partners until their clients start trading and achieve first results.
• Grow existing partners by increasing trading volume.
• Maintain CRM data and reporting to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Provide market feedback to the product team, highlighting competitor terms that affect deals.

Required profile

• Experience working with IB partners or within a broker’s partnership function.
• Proven track record building a client base as an introducing broker or managing an agent network.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and multitask with high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity and a positive attitude.
