Business Development Manager - IBM Hardware

About the role

The Business Development Manager – IBM (Hardware) will drive sales of IBM’s hardware portfolio for TD SYNNEX. You will translate vendor growth plans into actionable strategies, aiming to increase market share and revenue while building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Business Unit strategy to grow profitable IBM hardware market share.
• Negotiate large tenders and key deals, applying industry best practices.
• Identify and onboard new vendors, expanding the approved portfolio.
• Manage vendor relationships and create unique selling propositions that protect margins and foster long‑term value.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of IBM hardware products and services.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience selling IBM hardware solutions.
• Strong understanding of IBM product and marketing programs.
• Fluent in Serbian and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills.
