Business Manager

About the role

The Business Manager will drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships and representing the company’s brand in the market. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and revenue targets by prospecting and securing new customers.
• Anticipate client needs and maintain close relationships across all accounts to build loyalty.
• Promote the company’s image through professional sales and service delivery.
• Develop and sustain partnerships with local entities such as embassies, associations and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the line manager on additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, ICT, Telecommunications or related fields.
• Relevant sales or business development experience, ideally within telecom, ICT or B2B services.
• Strong ability to identify opportunities, develop customers and meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Proactive, result‑driven and capable of working independently under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; additional local language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
