Commercial Quality Manager

About the role

The Commercial Quality Manager leads quality operations across the Ergomed group, ensuring that commercial activities meet global GxP standards. This role bridges quality assurance, business development and client engagement to support high‑impact pharmacovigilance services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and guide Commercial Quality activities across the Ergomed group, maintaining compliance with global GxP regulations.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for GxP Commercial Quality, contributing to procedures, policies and training.
• Drive quality input into client proposals, Requests for Information, presentations and bid‑defence activities.
• Participate in business development as a quality expert, shaping budgets, proposals and client meetings.
• Develop and maintain commercial materials for Quality‑as‑a‑Service offerings.
• Mentor and develop Quality staff, fostering expertise and confidence.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading commercial quality functions within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of global GxP regulations and standards.
• Ability to collaborate with business development teams and represent the company in client meetings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
