Contracts Manager

About the role

The Contracts Manager ensures the smooth execution of customer contracts, supporting revenue goals and customer outcomes. Working closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations, the role balances speed, compliance, and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Review, process, and negotiate commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with approved templates and policies.
• Redline contract terms within established guardrails and drive timely execution to meet deal timelines.
• Apply contract policies consistently, identify deviations or non‑standard terms, and escalate risks as needed.
• Follow standardized intake, approval, and execution processes while meeting defined SLAs and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate contract data in CLM and CRM tools, ensuring audit‑ready documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to clarify requirements and communicate status throughout the contract lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in contracts, sales operations, legal operations, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
• Proven judgment in applying policies within defined guidelines.
• Experience supporting revenue‑generating teams and exposure to commercial models.
