Country Sales Manager – Serbia (M/F/X)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Country Sales Manager to lead CORTIZO’s Architectural Systems Division in Serbia. Reporting to the International Sales Department, you will promote our aluminium and PVC solutions, expand market presence and drive business growth across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and grow CORTIZO’s customer network in Serbia.
• Develop and maintain relationships with aluminium fabricators, distributors, architects, façade consultants and construction firms.
• Provide technical and commercial advice, tailoring solutions to each project.
• Promote specification of CORTIZO systems in architectural and construction projects.
• Monitor market trends, track new projects and analyse competitor activity.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate agreements with customers.
• Represent CORTIZO at industry events, trade fairs and customer meetings.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in aluminium systems, façade, construction or building‑materials sector.
• Technical background in engineering, architecture, construction or a related discipline is highly valued.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent negotiation skills.
• Native Serbian and fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Serbia and occasional trips to the headquarters in Spain.
• Proactive, organised and results‑oriented attitude.
