CRM Campaign Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven, detail‑oriented CRM Campaign Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise multi‑channel CRM campaigns. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the right message reaches the right players at the right time, driving engagement, retention and player satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and launch end‑to‑end CRM campaigns across email, onsite notifications and promotional pages.
• Use data and reporting tools to support segmentation, targeting and optimal timing decisions.
• Analyse campaign performance with dashboards and tools such as Google Sheets, Tableau and CRM analytics, refining execution based on insights.
• Build, manage and validate player segments within CRM platforms (e.g., Fast Track) for accurate targeting and personalisation.
• Collaborate with product, design and analytics teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives.
• Monitor compliance with responsible gaming policies, data‑privacy regulations and other standards.
• Contribute to process improvements and promote a data‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or campaign execution, preferably in the iGaming sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
• High attention to detail, strong ownership and a results‑driven approach.

Required skills

• Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Tableau or similar data‑visualisation tools.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Fast Track (campaign workflows and segmentation logic).
