Customer Care and Administration Officer

About the role

This position supports customers and business partners by handling inquiries, coordinating requests and ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly. You will work with data and digital tools to keep business information accurate and up‑to‑date while gaining practical experience across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and partners, assisting them and coordinating their requests.
• Use SAP and other digital tools to maintain accurate and current business information.
• Convert operational data into clear, useful reports.
• Support daily processes such as orders, invoices, contracts and documentation.
• Collaborate with various internal teams, partners and suppliers.
• Identify and propose smarter, more efficient ways of working.
• Contribute ideas to improve the customer experience and administrative procedures.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, business, management or a related field.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative and work in a team.
• Previous work experience is desirable but not mandatory; SAP knowledge is a plus.
