Customer Growth & Retention Consultant (Campaign Upsell Associate)

About the role

This position focuses on driving revenue growth by engaging existing customers to renew and upgrade their contracts. You will work within a fast‑paced team, handling outbound campaigns and responding to inbound enquiries through phone, email, and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to promote upsell and cross‑sell opportunities during campaign periods.
• Handle inbound emails, calls, and chat messages related to renewal and upgrade enquiries, meeting agreed SLA targets.
• Maintain accurate records in ticketing systems and follow company procedures to ensure high service standards.
• Continuously seek ways to exceed sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience communicating with customers over the telephone in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong sales, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and comfortable with rapid change.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
