Customer Service Order Management Specialist – French Speaking

About the role

Join the Global Business Centre in Belgrade as an Order Management Specialist, supporting sales teams by handling customer orders and ensuring a seamless experience from quotation to delivery. This position requires fluency in English and French and a strong focus on detail and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and process standard and project order inquiries to maximize business opportunities.
• Provide telephone and email support while meeting service level targets.
• Review quotations for commercial and technical accuracy before order placement.
• Approve commercial offers according to business guidelines.
• Generate and maintain documentation required for order processing.
• Manage spare‑parts and Custom Product Request (CPR) orders, coordinating with factories and third‑party suppliers.
• Liaise with bid/quote, sales, lighting design and other internal teams to ensure smooth order flow.

Required profile

• Educational background in business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in sales operations or order management.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluent verbal and written English and French.
